We work with all Original laboratory equipment manufacturers’ which offers you a cost effective solution when scheduled servicing works are due.
As well as annual and periodic laboratory equipment servicing, we can supply you with breakdown and fault call out support. This can be added into a tailor made contract or requested on an adhoc basis as and when your laboratory equipment fails or is of a concern.
Arena have long standing working relationships servicing laboratory equipment for NHS Hospitals, Private Healthcare, pharmaceutical companies as well as Manufacturing, research and testing facilities.
We have a very diverse customer base therefore have to comply with various industry standards and practises including MHRA, UKAS and GXP.
